Molecular Modeling
I am learning programming in order to do molecular simulation. I have successfully combined two 16 PNI polymers into one 32 polymer, then made four of these polymers in a water box. I am hoping to create a video on Monday.
I am looking forward to seeing your VMD that you have been working on. I can definately see using the molecular modelling in my own Biochemistry unit.
